Luggage Restrictions: Due to car space limits, the maximum luggage capacity per traveler is a 50-liter backpack or suitcase (S size, approximately 50x30x20 cm) per person. In case of exceeding this limit, the company reserves the right to ask the traveler to leave the extra luggage at the office.

Prohibition of Alcohol: Out of respect for Kazakh culture and religious beliefs, alcohol consumption is strictly prohibited during the tour in accordance with local regulations and safety guidelines.

Environmental Responsibility: A strict no-littering policy is enforced, and all natural landscapes and historical sites must be treated with the utmost respect.

Unexpected Weather Conditions: In case of storms, heavy rain, or strong winds, the group may be required to leave the camp and seek shelter in the nearest guesthouses. Please note that the cost of this accommodation will be an additional expense, to be paid directly to the property.
