Renter Responsibilities – Off-Road SUV Rental
1. Exterior Damage
1.1. Scratches, dents, chipped paint
1.2. Broken or cracked headlights, mirrors, windows
1.3. Missing or damaged license plates
2. Tires and Wheels
2.1. Punctured, cut, or blown-out tires
2.2. Damaged rims (bent, cracked)
2.3. Improper tire pressure usage leading to damage
3. Undercarriage and Suspension
3.1. Broken or bent suspension arms, shocks
3.2. Damaged skid plates, oil pan, differential
3.3. Impact damage from rocks, logs, etc.
4. Mechanical Components
4.1. Burned clutch (manual transmission)
4.2. Overheated engine or turbo
4.3. Damaged 4x4 system or gearbox from misuse
4.4. Water ingestion into engine or transmission (unsafe river crossings)
5. Interior Damage
5.1. Stains, burns, tears in seats or upholstery
5.2. Broken interior parts (handles, buttons, armrests)
5.3. Excessive dirt or mud in cabin
6. Electronics and Systems
6.1. Damaged infotainment, GPS, cameras, sensors
6.2. Short circuits due to spilled liquids or water damage
7. Road and Traffic Violations
7.1. Speeding fines
7.2. Red light violations, wrong-way driving
7.3. Illegal parking
7.4. Tolls and unpaid road fees
7.5. Entering restricted or protected areas
8. Driving Misconduct
8.1. Using the vehicle in races or competitions
8.2. Unauthorized towing
8.3. Overloading beyond maximum weight
8.4. Off-roading in prohibited zones
🚫 Important Rule:
8.5. It is strictly forbidden to drive on salt flats, mud, or similar surfaces, especially drifting or performing stunts.
Violation of this rule will result in a penalty equal to the full amount of the security deposit.
9. Accidents and Recovery
9.1. Damage from accidents (if not covered by insurance)
9.2. Full cost of off-road recovery/towing if stuck
9.3. Failure to report incidents immediately
10. Contract Violations
10.1. Late return of vehicle
10.2. Letting someone else drive (unauthorized driver)
10.3. Failure to report new damage
10.4. Altering or removing vehicle components, tires, or equipment
